Up To No Good: Abandoned House Edition-The Cool House

Hello again friends! Another abandoned house post for you, although not the super creepy one yet, I am saving that one for last.

Krista spotted this house out of no where, in the middle of no where. Look at that sky!

I loved this house even before I went in it. It was so nice from the outside, and the property was so beautiful that I wondered if I could squat in it and just live there, you know, whatever.

There is a tree in the living room. I'm assuming it wasn't there long as it is still green. Why vandals, why?

It was really warm out that day, and as soon as I stepped into the house, I felt so much cooler and more comfortable. It took me a second, but I realized that the air conditioning was running. How does that happen? This house seemingly had been empty for a while...was the air conditioning on all winter? Or does it magically switch over to heat? Someone answer these questions!

I freaking love peeling paint, there is just something about it that I find lovely. And those floors are in amazing shape still.

The kitchen had been stripped of all plumbing etc., which is also a bit strange. I am so used to seeing the kitchen sink ripped away from the wall or thrown into another room by stupids.

The lights are on, but no one's home. God, I am a loser.

You could see all the way into the basement.

Unfortunately we couldn't get to the basement. Oh wait!! Is that where the sink and cupboards ended up?!! Also, what's with the tiny door above the basement steps? I hate that shit.

Really nice sun porch. Look outside! What a gorgeous property. Such a shame.

I mean come on...how pretty is that? Am I the only one who thinks this?

So weird.

Now this is more normal. Dumb-dumbs can't help pulling this stuff off the walls.

The closet in the bathroom was shared with a bedroom closet. I'm standing in the bathroom closet in this picture, and that door leading to the blue room is a closet door in a bedroom. I wonder if the person's clothes ever got uhhh....stinky.
