Winterize Your Nails With Julep
It's so important to pamper and take care of our bodies, especially in the winter time. Our skin and nails definitely feel the cold and dryness the most, so it is imperative to have a monthly, or even weekly, routine to take care of our hands and nails.
So here, along with beauty brand icons Julep, is a guide on How to Winterize Your Nails.
I received my Julep Maven box in the mail, and was blown away by the rich colours and beautiful packaging of their nail polishes.
Along with the polish, I also received this Gel Eye Glider, which lives up to its name and glides on smoothly and evenly.

I started out with moisturizing my hands with this Vaseline Intensive Care lotion. I love this stuff. It's non greasy and moisturizes so well. I made sure to pay special attention to my cuticles, which were dry.
I made myself a special cup of coffee, and set in to get to work.
Make sure to soak your cuticles with warm water.
My nail care kit from Revlon by Marchesa came in handy for the operation.
I didn't need to cut my nails too much, as they were already short.
Next up: shaping.
Push down those cuticles.
Once you have clipped any extra skin from your cuticles, it's time to paint! I chose the colour Myriam, which is a rich, red colour.
I have never tried the Julpe brand of nail polishes before, and I have to say, it is the BEST formula I have ever used. It goes on perfectly, and I only needed one coat. It dried super fast, which is important to me, because I have zero patience for slow drying nail polishes! And no, I did not get paid to say any of this, I just really love the brand.
And there you have it folks! Well-taken care of hands and nails.
