Smile Through the Sadness

Bright colours make me happy.  So that's what I surrounded myself with today.  Not only was I sad about Jack Layton's passing, but there are other things going on.  You know, life. And sometimes life is incredibly sad.  

But if there is one great thing about the human spirit, is that it keeps on keeping on...

So tell people how much you love them when they are here, ok? And remember to smile...even if you don't feel like it. One day you will, and you don't want to be out of practice. Then you will look all awkward and lopsided.

Look at that bright blue sky! I fear these days are numbered.  

With Winter coming and all.  What did you think I meant?  I am not THAT melodramatic!
