Wine

I love wine. Just in the past two or so years have I really developed a lovely taste for it. So this is where I write down my impressions of the different wine's I taste, and keep tabs on the ones I love the most. I just tried a bottle of a Wolf Blass, which was a 2006 Chardonnay. It was delicious. I paired it with the essentials. Little glasses of raspberries and blackberries, and nuts and olives. I added some kamut crackers and a nice loaf of bread to the mix, along with emmental and brie cheeses. The fruit and olives really brought out the flavor of the wine. The brie was a lovely pairing with the wines woodsy scent, and the bread helped to wash it all down. All in all, a delicious buy for only 20 dollars. I will keep you posted on the next bottle!
